。net应用程序部署时的问题

应该是连接oracle数据库的文件有问题还是怎么着的
部署完成，登录的时候就会报could not load file or assembly '。\bin\Oracke.4.X64\Transcend.Platform.DBTools.OracleOdp.dll'  or one of its dependencies.  API调用退出异常（Exception from hresult:0x800300FA...）
求大神围观！！！

意识这个缺少这个dll，或者这个dll  的依赖项 （如果这个dll又引用了其他dll的话），你需要把其他运行正常的程序bin目录的东西都考过来，而不是仅他一个dll
因为你不确定这个dll又引用了其他什么杂七杂八的东西
