我仿照Fiddler获取网络的数据。但是在获取数据的时候是乱码如何解决。

但是我在抓取网页的时候也遇到过乱码问题。
可以通过识别数据流,分析出你这个是utf8,还是gb2312,还是其他内容。这个是分析:
