问个关于c#开发ftp上传工具的问题

我用的是网上一个有关ftp上传的类。实话，对这个东西 实在是没什么概念。废话不说。贴出代码。    string ftpServerIP;

这个地方报错 报的是The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.这个错误。。不知道是怎么回事。。大虾们给看看吧。。谢谢了
