添加应用程序配置文件报错

    写了个winform程序  添加个应用程序配置文件，也添加过引用了，但是要写连接字符串的时候，编译器报如下错 1. 找不到方法："Void Microsoft.VisualStudio.Package.AuthoringSink.AddHidden Region(Microsoft.VisualStudio.TextManager.Interop.TextSpan.System.String)"
 2.XML编辑器中未处理的"Syste.MissingMethodException"
