关于webservice的

Question

The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found is http://192.168.1.56/uapws/services/UserLoginService.UserLoginServiceHttpSoap11Endpoint/ and the WSA Action = urn:Login。
IE可以访问到.wsdl，但正常访问这个service的时候报这个错，请高手来指点下
