error MSB3041: Unable to create a manifest resource name for "FormAbout.resx". Could not find file 'E:\C#图像处理\C#图像处理算法代码\Image Processing\FormAbout.cs'.编译C#工程时提示我上面的错误
而且在Image Processing下的"FormAbout.cs"文件的旁边有个黄色的感叹号
请问这是什么原因？是不是和manifest文件有关？
该如何解决呢？
