Visual Studio 2010中.Net 4.0 web service项目建立的问题

在用Visual Studio 2010建立C# Web Service项目时若.Net Framework选择4.0，项目模板中没有Asp.net Web Service Application，只有在选择3.5及以下版时项目模板中才有ASP.NET Web Service Application模板，请教：
1、如何创建4.0的ASP.NET Web Service Application？
或者2、4.0的 ASP.NET Web Service Application模板需要单独下载吗？

好像.net4.0不支持Web Service了被 WCF替代了。
