服务器端安装 VSS 2005时报错.The server configuration settings apply only for local datab

安装vss的时候
在配置Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 2005的Internet访问功能时候
当把Enable SourceSafe Internet for this computer和Enable SourceSafe Internet for this database2个选打上勾时
出现如下的错误！The server configuration settings apply only for local databases.
to configure the server for this database you will need to run Visual SourceSAFE Admin program on the machine hosting the database
暂时没有找到原因？
望达人可以提示下。
