视频采集 问题

Question

开始录像 的时候  鼠标就是忙碌的状态。这样在点击 停止录像 的时候（鼠标还是忙碌状态）程序就没反应了   “没响应了”
 
点击2次 程序才反应过了 。这个问题如何解决？？？？
