安装vs2010 失败！！！！！

我在安装vs2010 是提示错误
"Visual Studio setup requires Windows Installer version 3.1 or higher.Please click the link above to download and install Windows Installer 4.5,then restart Visual Studio setup after you have rebooted the computer."我的电脑安装的是"Windows (R) Installer. V 4.5.6001.22159 "为什么它老是提示这个错误啦!我的系统是:Windows XP Professional 版2002 Service Pack 3请问该怎么处理？？？才能安装vs2010
