SharePoint问题

程序执行到第一句话就报错,换了几种方法还是不行.
错误如下:Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint.intl, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. 系統找不到指定的檔案。
