WindowsXP开发程序到Windows7运行兼容问题

以前的系统为xp，使用Vs2005 c#编程，其中调用Flash10e.ocx进行flash编程及其播放，程序正常运行，视频正常显示。现在系统升级为Windows 7 ，程序无法正常运行出现Flash10e.ocx与当前windows系统不同，请问如何设置，才能使程序直接正常运行？
请各位高手帮忙

Uninstall reinstall is NOT your only option:Windows Vista installation failureOn some Windows Vista systems Flash Player may be installed, but will not display Flash content. In some cases updating to the latest Flash Player using the included utility can correct the User Account Control settings that cause this problem.To run the utility, find your installed Flash folder:* Right-click C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9d.exe
The letter changes with each Flash version, so may be "FlashUtilb.exe" or "FlashUtile.exe"
* Select "Run as Administrator"
* Follow the steps to complete the Flash Player installation
* Restart your computer

它这里是以Vista为例说明，可能和windows7差不多。 你可以试试
以管理员身份运行:FlashUtilb.exe,FlashUtile.exe文件，然后重新启动电脑

Win7和Vista是需要提升用户权限的
1.关闭UAC
2.点右键,用管理员运行你的exe文件
