未能加载文件或程序集 Encrypt

各位大虾，帮我看看。遇到个怪事，在VS2008里面“启动调试”或者“开始执行（不调试）”都没有报错，但如果直接执行\obj\Debug目录下的exe文件就报错，有关调用实时(JIT)调试而不是此对话框的详细信息，
