Bitmap bitmap = new Bitmap(50, 50, System.Drawing.Imaging.PixelFormat.Format24bppRgb); 
bitmap.Save(@"C:\ConvertColor.jpg");连续执行2遍就会有这个错误加
bitmap.Dispose();
bitmap = null;

原来是权限问题，哎。可恶的vista，C盘没有权限写文件。
