Jmail发送邮件的问题

我用Jmail+C#发送邮件，问题有：1.很多的邮箱都有退信。比如 21cn.com；tom.com；yahoo.com.cn等，163就可以收到；2.如果我要群发很多的邮件，会有300多封的（客户）。发几封的时候就会出现“The message was undeliverable. All servers failed to receive the message”的错误，请问如果要群发，有什么方法解决呢？
