    IPhone开发的程序，需要用Http的Get方式向服务器发送数据。URL参数可能包含一些中文或者特殊字符，
 
    需要对这些进行编码（UTF-8），请问Iphone开发中可以对URL参数进行编码的方法吗？    不是整个URL，仅仅参数对参数编码。    例如这样的URl参数：http://www.baidu.com/s?bs=iphone%BF%AA%B7%A2    IPhone编码后，可以用。Net语言正常读取吗？
