你这个开发者账号所属于的公司的性质和你发布的APP的性质是不一样的，他们需要你提供你所发布APP的性质的资质，例如你是用一个网络科技有限公司去发布一个贷款类型的APP，那在你没有提供你们公司有这方面资质的前提下是绝对不行的。因为国家政策越来越紧，中国对于产品的版权也越来越严格，并且苹果公司又很是尊重中国的法律和政策，所以在这块的审核也变的相当严格，目前的形式是贷款类型的APP只能在有贷款范围资质的开发者账号下发布，理财类型的APP只能在有理财范围资质的开发者账号下发布，期货类型的APP只能在有期货范围资质的开发者账号下发布，彩票类型的APP只能在有发行彩票机构范围资质的开发者账号下发布。或者可以把你的个人账号添加到一个有资质的公司账号下面去提交，这样是可以的，笔者曾经这样提交过，前提是你得找一个有资质的账号，APP是在你的账号里面创建的，也是在你的账号里面审核的。
