     Check that sender and receiver have the same contract and the same binding (
    including security requirements, e.g. Message, Transport, None)说的很详细了啊

    什么意思？不明白啊。没接触过webservice

    既然没接触过webservice，那我就推荐你用cxf了，如果你的项目用spring的话。

    刚刚查了下CXF不支持JDK1.4，项目中偏偏使用的就是1.4.
