IP解析错误，求教

Question

之前的代码运行是没问题的，换了电脑用的WIN7系统，其他都一样的
错误代码如下严重: Servlet.service() for servlet action threw exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
at IPAdress.IPSeeker.<init>(IPSeeker.java:101)
at IPAdress.IPSeeker.<clinit>(IPSeeker.java:80)代码如下

  代码都是网上找的，但是之前运行无误的，QQWry.Dat是放在src目录下的

java.lang.NullPointerException
    at IPAdress.IPSeeker.<init>(IPSeeker.java:101)    at IPAdress.IPSeeker.<clinit>(IPSeeker.java:80)根据异常提示找下代码问题，不是都有行数，明显的空指针异常。也可以根据这代码功能看相关的配置

我知道是空指针异常
 System.out.println(IPSeeker.class.getResource("/QQWry.dat").toString());
可是调试没发现哪里代码有问题
代码从未该归，放在XP上运行无误

我也是遇到同样的问题呀 在Linux下 就是不稳定 有时候不出错 有时候就抛出这个异常了 求大虾帮忙呀
