eclipse项目部署出错

我部署一个eclipse项目，一直提示服务器45秒超时。请问怎么解决啊。我重装了一次tomcat6.0还是没有解决问题，还有我的eclipse中找不到设置时间长度的地方，是不是eclipse有问题？？

    什么叫eclipse项目？什么时候提示服务器45秒超时？
    项目编译有没报错？
    无从下手就换个eclipse试试吧

    是启动tomcat服务的时候遇到的问题：    Server Tomcat v6.0 Server at localhost was unable to start within 45 seconds. If the server requires more time, try increasing the timeout in the server editor.
