websphere 启动异常:<JIT: FullSpeedDebug: ignoring countString>! 求高手解决！

Question

我启动websphere，总是提示下面的信息：<JIT: FullSpeedDebug: ignoring countString>过了好几秒钟，又自动进入了debug模式，到了finalize这个类里面，提示：
Source not found for jc(ic).finalize() line: 105 [local variables unavailable]我觉得我的配置都差不多都配置了，也不知道为什么会出现这个问题一下是websphere配置：
WebSphere home directory:   D:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer
Profile root directory:     D:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01
Node name:                  china-2a21c60d3Node01
Cell name:                  china-2a21c60d3Node01Cell
Server name:                server1websphere配置的JDK也是它本身自带的JDK
而且在websphere的管理控制台也改了对应的日志输出方式，把System.out和System.out的文件名都改为了console求大神们解释，感激不尽
