tomcat部署项目出错

各位帮帮忙，我的tomcat之前一直好好的，昨天有个项目配置struts.xml错了，结果tomcat就用不了，现在不管运行哪个项目，一启动tomcat就都提示

红色标识的那个就是那个出错的项目，改正后也运行不了，以前运行成功的项目现在也是这个提示。项目的web_Context-root
已经改过来了的。
