ANT 编译工程错误“编码 GBK 的不可映射字符”警告

MyEclipse 工程编码为utf-8 ，build.xml文件格式如下：<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><project name="HikWSMultiSocket" default="dist" basedir=".">

Myeclipse编译或是命令行编译都会报如下错误：

    [javac]  *   杩欎釜绫绘彁渚涗簡涓?簺鏍规嵁绫荤殑class鏂囦欢浣嶇疆鏉ュ畾浣嶇殑鏂规硶銆?很无语。不知道大家对此有什么好的解决方法。或是提供给我一个工具，可以批量去掉工程中的非UTF-8的字符也好。求教了。
