你的quartz配置xml中<rules_id>标签应该有个结束标签</rules_id>与之对应
一段时间才报错是因为一段时间之后这个job才运行

那就是程序解析某些xml文件出现错误，而这个xml文件的内容是变动的，从某个地方获取的，解析xml最有可能出现错误的原因就是xml用中一些字符不合法，比如单独一个&符号，xml解析起来就会报错
