Thrown when a semantically malformed parameterized type is encountered by a reflective method that needs to instantiate it. For example, if the number of type arguments to a parameterized type is wrong. 请参考这个异常类在源码中的注释。。
 
  大致意思就是： 你的某个反射的方法传的参数格式有误。比如，个数不对，类型不对都会引发这个错误。
