应该是你的Spring版本和xml校验文件冲突，我贴个Spring3.0xml文件头：

Document root element "beans", must match DOCTYPE root "null".字面理解就是要求的DOCTYPE root是null，而现在是beans，不匹配
可以理解为现在写错，也更可以解释为要求的有问题，可能DTDs版本太旧
尝试更新spring jar包

spring jar包冲突吧你的工程中除了spring2.0的jar可能还存在其他版本的如spring1.x的jar。。导致schema不是2.0个1.x版本的beans中不能有属性所以报错beans中必须是null

包冲突,应该是你还含有多个spring包,1.x或者2.x............你也检查下其他的包是否也存在包重复的情况

可能是使用了spring 1.x的jar包，换成2.x的
可能是没有2.x的，也可能是jar冲突导致使用了1.x
