spring 请求映射问题

使用spring2.5+hibernate框架部署web项目后，在jsp页面请求Controller层对象，老提示WARN  [PageNotFound] No mapping found for HTTP request with URI [/test/savePerson.do] in DispatcherServlet with name 'dispatcher'，怎么回事？Controller层代码：
