BU Description
SOBA ( Service-Oriented Business Application ) Development Team in CSDL reports to world-wide Global Business Solution Center, who is under GBS ( new name for BCS ) and takes charge of industry solution development. SOA is a horizontal technology and impact almost all the IT technology stack. It also changes the current style to construct applications. Gartner calls this kind of new applications - SOBA. To promote leadrship in SOA area and improve the et share in SOBA et, IBM acquired Webify, leader vendor of SOBA in healthcare and insurance, and established two SOBA centers in China and India. China SOBA center will focus on Banking and Government.
Job Responsibilities
1. Design and Develope SOBA solutions in IBM Software Platform
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Desired Skills and Experience: 1. Experienced in solution / application development in Government industries.
2. Knowledge and hands-on skill in Component Design -- UML, Design Pattern, OOAD, etc.
3. Knowledge and hands-on skill on J2EE Application Development -- EJB, JCA, JMS, JTS, JNDI,Portlet, etc
4. Knowledge and hands-on skill on SOA-style Application Development -- Web Services( XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL ...), ESB etc.
5. Knowledge and Experience on modern Software Engineering method like RUP, CMM etc -- is required.
6. Knowledge on IBM SOA-related methodology -- CBM, SOMA, SIMM, SGMM etc -- is plus.
7. Familiar with IBM build-time and run-time software -- WSAD, WID, Rational Software Architect, WAS, WPS, Portal Server, Message Broker -- is plus
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
1. Self-motivated team player and purse world-class software engineer
2. Be creative and Quick learner
3. Bachelor and above is acceptable, major in Computer Science or Electronic Engineer;
4. Excellent communication skill, fluent in English and Chinese
