出错信息说得很明白了，
到http://repo1.maven.org/maven2的下载不成功。
隔24小时后再试，或者改用镜像

   怎么更换镜像？这段代码加在哪个里面？maven没用过。

找到你用户目录下的.m2目录下的setttings.xml文件，在其中把1楼的东西写进去。
