WebSphere启动失败，请问怎么解决啊

win2003 server上部署的WebSphere
startServer.log如下信息
服务器已启动，但是初始化失败。native_stderr.log如下信息：

    调整内存大小可能能够解决，我在AIX 、Xen虚拟机上都遇到过类似问题。
