奇怪的问题

我用myeclicpse6.5做的一个struts项目。登陆是可以的，但是当进入后，再点击查询报如下错误。java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Resources cannot be null.同时我直接双击struts-config.xml文件，报如下错误org.eclipse.ui.PartInitException: Project finances is not configured as a MyEclipse Web-Struts Project. Therefore the MyEclipse Struts Editor may not be used with struts-config.xml. The default XML Editor has been used to open the file instead.
