can be found in ibmorb.jar which is a part of the IBM jdk.
I would suggest you include all the jars of IBM JDK in your classpath.
The IBM jdk is located at the following location: [WEBSPHERE_HOME]/java/jre/lib/ext

You should add ibmorb.jar present at \Installationroot\IBM\WebSphere Studio\Application Developer\v5.1.2\runtimes\base_v51\java\jre\lib\ext , to your classpath
