要崩溃了 救助 struts2 + spring 配置问题

我用的MyEclipse8.5
用编译器自带的struts2框架 和spring 框架  但是每次都报这个异常 
Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: IOException parsing XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB_INF/applicationContext.xml]; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: Could not open ServletContext resource [/WEB_INF/applicationContext.xml]这是我的struts.xml里面对象工厂的配置：这是我web.xml里面的配置：小弟分不多  求高手指点
