建议这样写<script>
     function aaa(obj){
         obj.action="./addUser.do?method=add";   
      obj.submit();
 }
 </script> 
<html:form action="addUser" onsubmit="return aaa(this);">这样就不用再考虑html:form的name等问题了。

应该是xml解吸器原因，试着替换下相关的jar文件。
