用的@Configuration 来声明bean @Bean
    public SystemParamCacheService systemParamCacheService() {
        SystemParamCacheService s = new SystemParamCacheService();
        return s;
    }import com.cbscs.system.cache.SystemParamCacheService;
这里导入的是这个路径的这个类
但是报错信息里面报的路径不是这个而是：
[com.cbscs.system.SystemParamService] 
烦死了 
其他类都这么写的没问题
之前项目这个类也这么写的也没问题

这个是想配置在set方法上吗

不是 就是这个方法 上面加个@Bean就代表声明成一个bean交给spring管理

声明springBean不应该在类上吗，@Bean这是你们自己的框架？

不是 在类上的那个是@Configuration这个
说明这个类是spring的配置文件的作用
然后@Bean才是声明bean
