BaseDAODaoImpl 还没有类型，需要在配置文件设置懒加载

如果你要单单测试BaseDaoImpl类的话，要先把构造方法里面的初始化泛型的代码去掉，就是下面这段代码：this.clazz = (Class<T>) ((ParameterizedType) this.getClass().getGenericSuperclass()).getActualTypeArguments()[0];  
System.out.println("Class Name+++++++++"+clazz);因为此时的泛型类型T还不确定，这样肯定会报错的。
