If you download the weblogic version of jbuilder and copy the weblogicglue.jar from its installation, the problem will be corrected. The other solution is to disable JSP checking from Project/Project Properties/build/jsp. Both solutions worked for me.Cause:
Seems like you have installed WebLogic Server 7.0 sp1. WebLogic 7.0 sp1 got released after
JBuilder 7 and because of some changes in the sp1, the JSP/Servlet integration is broken.
Solution:
Download JBWE from the Borland or BEA Web sites and find the file webserverglue.jar
from JBWE. Then save the file to <Jbuilder7_Installed_Dir>/patch .

我在控制台看见倒入类中有个f:\program files\jbuilder20%x\....这种信息
我就猜测这种DOS的命名可能在2000下不合适
我就将jbuilder和9之间的空格去掉
这下问题就解决了,很郁闷所以说啊，出现一些问题要跟踪一下出错信息，多联想一下可能就不经意解决了。
