双向连接的建立：服务器启动LinkServerService，将含有LinkServer的ConnectionFactoryImpl绑定到JNDI树上。客户端得到ConnectionFactoryImpl，创建Connection，含有LinkServer。
客户端通过LinkServer与JMS服务器建立连接，将含有LinkClient的ConnectionToClient送至服务器端，并启动LinkClientService。LinkClient与LinkClientService建立的连接用于消息的推送。ConnectionToClient送至服务器端的DestinationManager，创建PushProxy与ClientID组成映射对存入HashMap。
