一个困扰我很久的问题:JBUilder7+WebLogic7,编译时老出现....

对于The WebLogic Server did not start up properly.我的解释是：
可能是你在JB中或者在JB之外直接启动了Weblogic
再次启动的话就会有这样的提示的
