关于JBuilder7+Weblogic7.01 bean部署的问题

用http://localhost:7001/console能上吗？

    先在出现了这样的错误
    Unable to connect server t3://localhost:7001 as user megson.
     Reason: javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: t3://localhost:7001: Destination unreachable; nested exception is: 
    java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect; No available router to destination]
     Check option -adminurl, -user and -password.
    我想修改provider_url字段,可是我找不到url,请问如何修改t3://localhost:7001?

    weblogic.Deployer  -adminurl localhost:7001  -user megson  -password icansee88   -activate  -name TestSesMod -upload  -source D:/java/TestSes/TestSesMod.jar大家看看其中的"-adminurl localhost:7001"有否问题
