1.JBulider比较好用，符合中国程序员的习惯，你如果用过Delphi，将会没任何问题！
2.WebLogic应该在总体上超过WebSphere,WebLogic6.1就支持EJB2.0了，WebSphere却要到5.0才支持，还有根据一些专业网站和杂志的评价，WebLogic
在J2EE的应用服务器中排名第一，et share好象也是第一。
3.我现在用的就是JBulider+WebLogic，很不错！

花钱多不知道，花钱少肯定是Eclipse + JBoss

1. Almost the same and it depends on your interests and experiences.
2. Absolutely Weblogic. Products from IBM always pay more attention to advanced functionalities than usabilities. And their documentation is also tedious and difficult to read.
3. Application servers often have capabilities to receive and responce the request in http or other protocals. But contrarily for web servers, they are not able to support advanced features such as component runtime, security, transaction, etc.

JBUILDER+WEBLOGIC好
JBUILDER+WEBSPHERE以及WSAD我用过，速度太慢，也不灵活，做那么大而全，也不见技术上有什么好的地方。不喜欢。

JB好,WSAD很全,但是太麻烦,不喜欢

一、总的来讲,JBuilder好用些，但如果必须用WebSphere的话，则用WSAD好一些，因为JBuilder+WebSphere太耗资源。
二、在开发webservice时，我感觉wsad更直观，太宜用。
