请问一个javamail的问题，老是退回来怎么回事啊

Exception in thread "main" javax.mail.SendFailedException: Sending failed;
  nested exception is:
class javax.mail.MessagingException: 550 Error: content rejected.http://mail.qq.com/zh_CN/help/content/rejectedmail.html我一直都在用qq的服务器发邮件，是不是发多了，不让我发了，可是昨天就不让了，今天总该让吧，还有程序没有问题

昨天 你用QQ邮箱发送 成功了没？ 
我也曾经写过发邮件的程序：一开始用163 和 新浪 都不行，他们是不对免费用户提供smtp服务的。
后来改用公司邮箱，一开始能发成，后来 我记得是被服务器列入黑名单了 就没得发了。
