    你看一下是不是重复了啊，
    expression="execution(* *.*(..))"就包括了上面的啊

    首先你的announcementManagerEbi bean的property配置错误
    然后sessionfactory交给transactinManager管理就可以了

    去掉就可以了，但是不知道为什么，还有我想用上面功能的以后就用不了
    可能配置错了
