'org.springframework.transaction.interceptor.TransactionAttributeSourceAdvisor  这个类的jar包有没有导入 看exception是你的bean没有创建成功  应该是指定的类path有问题 好多 while setting bean property 'transactionInterceptor' 这样的错误 好好检查下applicationcontext_one.xml文件吧

1 ：检查一下有没有为'transactionInterceptor'这个创建setter方法

找到原因了是因为我在使用myeclipse创建项目时classpath里面自动加了个<classpathentry kind="con" path="melibrary.com.genuitec.eclipse.j2eedt.core.MYECLIPSE_JAVAEE_5_CONTAINER"/>
我把这个删除就可以启动了
