需要下载vista/win7专用的oracle版本，然后按照http://www.talentdigger.cn/home/space.php?uid=1077&do=blog&id=19280的修改2个配置文件，才可安装

果子先生说的很有道理啊，我就是没有在windows7 64位上装过oracle数据库，怀疑楼主的系统是32位的，故侥幸运，我的安装方法是，在windows7系统内安装虚拟机（win XP），之后在虚拟机中安装oralce数据库，问题解决，在win7中安装客户端，相应的浏览oracle数据库的软件（toad=小青蛙），搞定。建议楼主试试我的方式。

我是32位Win 7的，能装上！装oracle 10g的那个版本。楼主先卸干净吧，卸不干净的话先重装系统，然后再装oracle

数据库的重装是很麻烦，不过楼主我给你支个招！我老师在重装数据库时，也是装了N次都没整好，然后我帮他把注册表重新清理了一下，结果居然真的成功安装了！
你这样，先把原来的文件夹都删除干净了，所有哦，接下来打开注册表，
鼠标定位在HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT分支上，在查找里输入oracal查找所有项，把能找到的点都删除了，
我不知道这方法行不行，但软件安装时基本的套路就是这样的，按照套路来就行了！
还有，WIN7还没有研究过。
