ipreport Spring loaded hibernate connection 的问题

目前的环境
E:\workspace\shiwuju\src\applicationContext.xml；
E:\workspace\shiwuju\WebRoot\WEB-INF\classes\com\shiwuju   ：classes路径
在 ipreport 的spring ipreport Spring loaded hibernate connection 中的2个参数 
一个是 spring configuration  我直接配置 的是applicationContext.xml；
另个配置的是一个 session Factory Bean Id   data\mode\Ysfy.hbm.xml
提示错误 ：error loading class [com.shiwuju.struts.action.XiangmuAction]for bean with name'/xiangmu'defined in class path resource [applicationContext.xml]:problem with class file or dependent class:nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:org/appache/struts/DispatchAction .
请问这个问题咋解决。或者给点提示。我分不多请各位帮忙下 ，谢谢各位了
