使用myeclipse时出现的error

我在使用myeclipse时在DB   Brower里选中openConenction!! 
    创建连接时,却出现了error! error内容为:error   while   performing   database   login   with   the   Myeclipse   Derby   driver:java.net.ConnectionException:连接到端口1527上的服务器localhost时出错,消息为:Connection   refused:connect （我是直接导入的一个项目，里面hibernate已经设置好了，数据库是sql server2000，myeclipse5.5）
