ECLIPSE，＋TOMCAT＋TOMCAT PLUGIN，配置总有问题

现在变成这个错误了。我再conf/下的server.xml该回默认设置用8080了。
现在我打开server后，用服务器进localhost：8080能看到那只老猫了。但是运行我得WEB程序，还是显示下面的错误，为什么呢？

是不是端口被占用了，可以在tomcat安装位置/conf/server.xml中修改,或停用相关服务
