求教CVS怎么用？

将项目发布到CVS时候，出现错误
:cvs[server aborted]:"add" requires write access to the repositoryCVSNT安装步骤：1、建立目录E:\CVS_CODE2、Repository Configuration 添加目录3、Compatibility Options选项卡里设置"CVSNT Cliebts :Respond as cvs 1.11.2 to version" 
"Non-CVSNT Clients : Respond as cvs 1.11.2 to version"4、about选项卡CVSNT Start；CVSNT Lock Start5、MyEclipse 8.0 ——Window-Show view-other-CVS-CVS Repositories6、在CVS Repository视图下右键-new-Repository Location7、Location:

       Repository path:/CVS_CODE
   Authentication:
       User:Administrator
       Password:********
   Connection Type: pserver
8、发布项目
在MyEclipse里，右键点击项目-Team-Share Project9、在"Share Project with CVS Repository"页面选择"Use existing repository location"
 选择了刚刚建好的":pserver:[email protected]:/CVS_CODE"，然后next10、在"Enter Module Name"页面选择了"Use project name as module name"之后就弹出了:cvs[server aborted]:"add" requires write access to the repository**************************************************************************************************************刚刚学用CVS，请前辈们指点。
