如何tomcat 配置默认打开index.xhtml页面

        <welcome-file>index.html</welcome-file>
        <welcome-file>index.htm</welcome-file>
        <welcome-file>index.jsp</welcome-file>
    </welcome-file-list>
我在web.xml里面配置了 但是就是打不开 到目录下不输入index.xhtml就是不显示页面 请问是什么原因

        <welcome-file>index.htm </welcome-file>
        <welcome-file>index.jsp </welcome-file> 
怎么配了3个index页面？
只要一个就可以。
